🚚 Shipping and Return Overview
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Items can be returned free of charge within 90 days of receipt.
- If the return is due to customer damage or misuse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🌱 Live Plants and Custom Arrangements:
Due to the perishable and custom nature of live succulents, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a quality issue (e.g., damage during shipping, incorrect plant delivered, or pest issues). Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
🪴 Non-Plant Products:
For planters, tools, and other accessories, returns are accepted within 90 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
📷 Required Evidence:
To process returns involving quality issues, please email us photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order number.
💵 Refund Options
Once we confirm the issue, you can choose:
- Replacement: We will resend the item at no additional cost.
- Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 7–17 business days.
❌ Non-returnable Items
- Minor variations in plant appearance (size, color, arrangement).
- Issues caused by incorrect information or handling by the customer.
- Custom arrangements that match the description and photos, unless damaged or incorrect.
❗ Order Cancellation
If your order hasn’t been shipped or prepared, you may cancel it.
However, once processing begins, especially for live plants or custom arrangements, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
📷 Image Quality & Plant Variation Notice
Due to the natural characteristics of succulents, slight differences in shape or color are expected. Photos are for reference only. If you provide your own photos for custom arrangements, make sure the resolution is high enough to avoid misinterpretation. No refunds will be issued for poor results caused by low-quality customer images.
⏱️ Processing Times
- Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or seasonal products may take longer. You’ll be notified of any delays.
📦 Return Shipping Cost
- If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping.
- If you simply changed your mind or caused damage, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
